PAYMENTS, SHIPPING AND RETURNS

I am happy that you feel connected to one of my art works and are considering buying one.

I have done my best to present the images of my artwork as accurately as possible, both in size and colours. But please be aware that the photos of artwork that you see on this website may differ from the original slightly due to variations in browsers, screens and settings. It is best to expect such variations between the image and the artwork itself.

These variations are out of my control, and will not be considered a valid reason to make a return.

What are my options to make a payment on a purchase?

Paypal with a PayPal account

Credit or Debit Card with the PayPal service without a PayPal account

E-Trasfer using emails. Contact me to use this option.


What happens to my financial information?

I do not store any of your credit card, debit card, or bank account information.


Can I pay in installments?

For a piece of art costing more than $500, I am happy to offer you an installment payment on a monthly basis. A 50% deposit is required to hold the painting for you. Please get in touch to arrange for this option.

SHIPPING

How soon will you ship the artwork?

I will pack and ship a painting within 5 working days. I will ship it with all the necessary care required for the artwork.


How soon will I receive the artwork?

Depends on where you are located. Within Canada shipping time is 2-3 days. Canada to US shipping time is 4-7 days. Worldwide shipping varies: let’s talk about this when you’re ready to order.


Is shipping Included?

No, unfortunately, shipping will be extra. Costs will be based on the size of the art piece, as well as where I am shipping it to. Please get in touch with me to figure out how much shipping it would cost to mail a painting to you.


What about large artwork?

Shipping costs for larger pieces will have to be quoted separately depending on the size and your location. I am happy to offer you options, so please get in touch with me.


I am local…how can I get a painting without paying shipping?

I am happy to arrange a pick up or a drop off- whatever works best in both our situations. Email me. I am situated in the west end of Toronto.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes! It may take longer for the painting to get to you depending on your location. Also, I will have to figure out and invoice you shipping costs separately after you make the purchase based on the size of the painting and where you want it shipped.


What if the shipping costs are too high?

If you’ve bought a painting, but the shipping costs are too high, I will contact you to reach a shared cost solution. If that doesn’t work, I will refund you the full cost of the painting.


What about customs?

There may be custom fees charged to you by your country when I ship my work to you. I have no control or information on that. 

RETURNs

I have received the painting, but I don’t love it. Now what?

My hope for you as a buyer is that you would love the artwork, as much as I love them, and be proud to showcase it in your space. 

The return policy outlined here is applicable within 30 days of purchase. 

On receipt, if my artwork is not up to your expectations, please let me know ASAP to request for a refund. 

Once I receive the painting back safely, I will refund your money.

You, the buyer, are responsible for packing and shipping the artwork back to me using an equivalent shipping service as used by me to ship it to you.

If however, more than 30 days have passed after the date of purchase, and I haven’t received the painting back, I am not able to process the refund.

Also, if I receive the painting back in a damaged condition, I will not be offering a refund for that artwork.


What if the painting arrives damaged?

All work is carefully packed and shipped. If you still receive a painting that got damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days with photographs of the damage.


What about international returns?

At this time, I am not offering returns and refunds for paintings shipped outside of Canada.
